The boys outdo themselves with every new album giving pieces of themselves to us, the fans with every song. Taxi has always been a favorite of mine. okay I may be wrong but I think what happened was the girl driving the taxi is also the same girl in the white seen at the party. This girl prob lured John in and is part of the gang that kidnapped him and tortured him until he agreed to rob a bank or smth w the rest of the band (see his fingers are cut off during the robbery). The band forgets him (whether on purpose or nah who knows or cares) and he catches a taxi (the same one the gang member is driving) and she purposefully calls the cops bc that was all part of the gangs plan ig idfk
