1部屋目のトイレがキッチンすぐ横のは衛生面的に無理、せっかくスペースあるからもっと違うところの方が絶対いいでしょ 冷蔵庫のスペースは珍しく広くていいですが、よく考えればそもそも玄関からその大きさの冷蔵庫は搬入不可能ですよね、結果微妙なスペースが生まれる 3階の水回りは広くていいけど、実際洗面台はそこまで広くても使い道が限るので、部分的に結構いい感じですが組み合わせで少し使いにくいのは否めないと思います

Going up and down the stairs will give you some exercise everyday. At the same time, you will also be hauling groceries up and trash down the stairs every day as well. Imagine having to carry heavy groceries up the stairs by yourself all the time - ouch! 3. If you order something online, especially if it is heavy, you may need to ask the delivery man to carry it upstairs for you - particularly if you are a woman. 4. What if you hurt your leg playing sports? Are you going up hop up the stairs with the working leg🦵?? What if you are on wheel chair 🧑‍🦽?? The second apartment has its disadvantages as well. I personally dislike having the kitchen right outside the toilet and bathroom - you open the door of the toilet or bathroom, and you are immediately in the kitchen area. Still, the second apartment is more desirable than the first one. I don't need the stairs to get the exercise I need. I can do HIT inside the apartment or go to a gym. 1部屋目の水回りのクロス、時々見るけど同じ施工会社かな？収納にも気を使ってくれてるなといつも思います。部屋の話じゃないけど、最近多いネットフェンスの間に砕石詰めた塀って耐震性は大丈夫なのかな？
