Also, tip try to wear mostly natural materials- cotton, linen, wool, silk, natural fabric tend to be breathable and doesn't hold smell. I finds that smells on polyester, rayon, spandex are horrible

1:16:52 I just feel some people are not self aware… I mean if you bath properly and frequently and you wear clean clothes and use deodorant … the moment you stop, your mind should tell you something is off

Huge congratulations Love n Mint chocolate. Consider things both long term n short term. I think if she needs to go to Nigeria for like a year or two, i think you guys should consider it coz 3 babies is a whole lot and except youre a superwoman, if its starting to tell on you, get help so as to be able to give your best to those babies. I have one and atimes I'm loosing it. Welldone to you both, i celebrate you ma'am.

Moving to Nigeria will only solve the financial problem. He still wouldn't be able to be physically present for his kids and the long distance will affect he and his wife. I think he should take the paternity leave and then look for someone to come stay with them there. Then after 2years, the kids will start kindergarten and she can start work. Then they get to make more money to hire an actual help.

I agree about the family with triplets, why not see if you can get family to visit and help first. Like mum or mum in law, siblings. Also I think paid paternity leave in most places in the UK if eligible is for only 2 weeks which will allow you rest but won’t change much on the long run in terms of child care but will give time to rest and a little time to bond with wife and kids. Your wife going back to Nigeria with the kids is an option but should be the last option.

@ I joined them 7 months pregnant... realised I was the only new staff as the department needed just one more person. felt more like a fraud when they told me no probation and I would get all benefits from day one (9 months full pay then 3 remaining months, two-third). Even though they never knew I was pregnant. Interviews were virtual. This was cos I was coming from a firm that gave 6 months maternity only after you’ve been there for a year + my Naija factor, my mates in Lagos had just 3 months at their banks. I sha promised to be back after three months. Till today I still apologise to my baby as her pregnancy brought me so many miracles and favours and I had to repay her with going back to work. Work is a dream sha. Still so grateful for everything.

You guys are doing most of the talking and not giving your guest to talk. And don't you didn't stop her from talking, cause she can't interrupt you when you kept on talking and talking.

I mean you can't say you didn't stop her, she can't interrupt you guys.Allow your guest to talk too,ask her questions and follow up questions too.

@@FolasadeAdegunle-qr4viit’s not her first time on the podcast, she was probably just careful cos of how people misinterpreted her the last time. In this case I don’t think it’s on Jola and FK, there was an already agreed theme to talk about body odor, she could have talked more if she wanted to. when the conversation is about the guest they do ask questions and discuss together. I mean there has been guest for 4 weeks straight and the conversations have always worked out. I don’t want to assume but I guess it’s your first time, you can check out her last episode, it was really good!👍🏽

I love Ceec and I have been her fan since 2018.I understand what you are saying and I actually watched the previous one she did with them, and I know how Doyin's fans dragged her.But the Ceec I know is shy but not quiet when she is comfortable with you.The essence of having a guest on a show is to allow him/her to express him/herself.It could have been balanced, but they made it obvious.I love all of them anyways, and thanks for explaining.@@adel-m5v
