This interview happened before they had a TVP interview about the movie as well. In the TVP interview, sabi ni Dj "Sa mga nagsasabing yung acting ni Kathryn ay arte arte lang. Heto na yun. Magugulat kayo sa kanya dito" (non-verbatim) Obviously, dinibdib ni Dj ang nasabi ni Kath sa interview na to. Kaya sa TVP, parang na repeat niya ang words ni Kath. Kathryn is already an actress with a beautiful soul, one that exudes creativity and artistry in her craft. Inang knows and understands that Kathryn is, despite her young age, has honed and developed her sense of self. Her intelligence and perception of characters bring out her excellent acting prowess. This young lady , when she was a child, possessed passion, drive and determination to give her level best each time. Her confidence has been unparalleled in her career and when this is stepped on crushes her. But she remains humble and gracious, and grounded on her reality and again will prove people otherwise and leave them in the dust, as usual. Kathryn is not like any other actress, she will be memorable in this movie.

I think it is how you see the roles portrayed. Two,different characters were played differently and there will definitely be various reactions. Daniel of course will be noticed. He showed so much depth and expression. The highs and lows of emotions , the consistency of his approach, the director did a great job. When have we become critics of delivery when want I saw from Kath's portrayal was as realistic, honest and sincere as can be without realizing her speech rate, cadence and articulation. Did she pull me in because of her acting or because she articulated well? The bottom line is top notch acting was displayed by the two that I myself did not see Daniel and his habits, did you? Much as the same feeling I got when I watched the movie and felt every emotion from them. If I worked for rotten tomatoes, maybe I could say a think or two about that.

Thank you so much for showing this to us Star Cinema. I never expected to cry while watching this. Kathryn, don't ever doubt yourself. You are a great actress, all this questions about your acting just started during PSY, maybe more on because both you and DJ's characters were not really given a chance to shine all the way and audiences were not able to fully grasp and hold on to your characters because of the inconsistencies during PSY, Kath's character most especially. But don't worry, one project doesn't define you, I have always been proud of you. I've seen you grow up in front of the television and believe me you are one of the best actresses in your generation, even just your eyes can do the acting, that's how good you are. DJ, do not doubt yourself and your capabilities as well. I've also seen you grow from a boy who cannot do acting to a man who has drive and passion like all the best actors out there. And I'm so happy that you've learned to use your eyes too. KN,you have always been underdogs and always underestimated, but this can be a form of power, a power to surprise, surpass and exceed all those doubts and expectations from you. Agree. The doubts started in PSY. They kept saying pabebe masyado si Kath. Ang hindi natin alam as fans ay kung gaano pala siya kaapektado sa mga nakakasakit na salita binabato sa kanya. I always said Kath had no choice. She had to act the way she did because that was the character given to her. She couldn't do the fierce act like Jodi or Ange because she was Yna. She only did what she had to do. And yet people have the audacity to say her acting is bad when all she did was make the most of what was given. Tama ka rin. So many inconsistencies in PSY. I'm happy they got high ratings but I know the story could have been better on so many ends. The show didn't give justice to KN even until the finale. But we can't do anything about it now. But I know this movie will prove to everyone what great actors these two really are.

I've really felt the pain when Kathryn opened up about how she wanted to prove herself to the people when in fact she is already an established actress, at her age??? she have already achieved so much. But then due to the pressure and criticism made by the bashers, it's evident that she thinks lowly of herself :( She thinks that she's not good enough at her craft :( BUT SHE IS SUCH A GREAT ACTRESS. Anonymous Kath is a part of it, undoubtedly but also remember that Daniel is Daniel, as Ive said, he has the charisma more than others (including Kath). Kath has been paired with Albie and Enrique and Diego before Daniel but only Daniel rose to a phenomenal fame. And now Daniel, this kid has growing to be an A lister actor. As what Lamasan said the he is such as revelation as an actor and man to watch out for.Kath is a good actress, what she needs to improve is her line delivery (dont eat the words). Sarap nilang panuorin dalawa talaga kc ikaw mismo kung totoo yun love wala k ma feel n khit ga tuldok n hatred sa knila.
