But with YG, they produce hits and iconic songs that will lasts for years and live performances that will be remembered by their target audience for longevity. It’s not just the group that will get the recognition but the team as well. These YG producers (and most Kpop producers honestly) are very secretive about this type of stuff, mostly because the whole Kpop industry is extremely competitive. This producer didn't even show the actual project file, he only showed the project file that was sent to the mastering engineer (which only contains the bounced stems)

This was the first k-pop song I ever heard and the beat is so hard. The dreamy melodies on the verses are nice to listen to but when the beat drops in the chorus with the underlying 808's it just sounds so good.

Producers need the right singer/rapper to carry their vision and make their songs a hit. So for HYLT, Lisa made the rap part works and sound dope. YG is lucky to have Lisa. She is indeed the ace.

I think we all agree TBL/YG producers are so talented and hardworking it isn’t easy to produce so many songs for a group and YG doesn’t even buy songs (Like other companies) so everything is up to the producers and composers and they have to produce multiple songs (Title track & B-sides) so big applause for these people!
