You have such gorgeous light with your big windows to sew by! I also have a couple inherited sewing machines from both my grandmothers; I do have a couple electronic ones as well but with the manual machines, you can usually fix them yourself if something goes wrong, not to mention that they're often made of metal instead of plastic. Anyway, she is the most beautiful bride in the world! I'll be saving this video esp for installing the zipper, which I've never done on a doll dress. My doll is 16" but there's lace, satin, and lining so definitely doing it by hand! Thanks for taking the time to teach us how to make doll clothes; it's so appreciated! 🥰

Right? Vintage machines were made to last. I used to sew with a new singer with a lot of functions, but I got a lot of problem with a lot of small things like skip stitching, seam pucker and so on. I just need those perfect even little stitches, and this beautiful black swan just never let me down ☺️ And thank you so much for your lovely comments!
