I just finished the series straight through I'm in awe how they interrogated this young kid with the mentality of a 4th grader. They set him up big time with no offer of legal counsel. My heart breaks for him I hope and pray he is set free. I totally believe he is innocent.

this is what i got some from someone saying it was weird witht he cleaning of the key and it not being found till 7 searches after and more Are you dense? There is a ton of evidence. There is zero evidence any of it was planted, which is what you need to prove to believe he is innocent. His blood was found in her car in multiple places, some was even mixed with hers (this alone would convict him anywhere). If he didn't kill her, there is no reason for his blood to be in her vehicle. He cannot explain this and it's obvious it was fresh because it did not contain EDTA. He bled in her vehicle when he moved it to the "hiding spot". They found her car on his property. The key to that car was found in his trailer. Despite what MAM would have you believe, there was nothing odd about either of these discoveries. The forensic anthropologist testified a piece from every single bone of Teresa's body was found charred in his burn pit. On this subject, the same FA testified the tyres in the pit were burned on top of her. She testified the metal of the tyres was so deeply entwined in the cremains there was zero possibility of her body being thrown on afterward. They were burned on top of her. The defence could only find one FA who wouldn't be willing to say with absolute certainty TH was burned in SA's pit. The prosecution, however, had a whole team of them who agreed with this position. Her phone, PDA and other personal effects were discovered burned in his burn barrel a few metres from the fire pit. They also found her licence plates thrown into the window of a random car near ASY. Steven couldn't really keep his story straight about what he had done that night, you can watch all the initial police interviews and listen to the jail calls on yt to see how many times this guy has changed his story. Oh, they also found a rivet from her Daisy Fuente jeans in his pit. We know she was wearing those the day she was murdered. I really could go on and on about this forever but you'll never be able to refute anything bc there's no evidence on your side. Forensic anthropologists determined that TH had been shot at least twice in the head. The police found a bullet fired from the gun they found hanging above Steven's head, which, as a felon, he was not allowed to have. The bullet they found had her DNA on it (meaning it was fired into her before she was burned). Not to mention, his nephew confessed to the crime. She was never seen again after arriving at ASY. Steven had a history of violence and S-assault, R-word type stuff. Very creepy, aggressive and entitled pig who most definitely killed that poor girl. The only valid criticism is that these rural cops were inexperienced with murder cases and failed to follow some protocol along the way. That doesn't mean evidence was tampered with. It's proof of nothing except shitty police work.

While I don't completely dismiss SA as an innocent man, I feel like the investigation was handled so poorly it's impossible not to be left with serious doubts. Law enforcement completely botching the investigation of such a serious crime, while also having a very clear and obvious motive for a frame job is inexcusable. It isn't ok to overlook the shoddy work of the investigators. The usual suspects, should have also been investigated, and they weren't. Brendan Dassey's confession should have been more carefully scrutinized, because there was no evidence to corroborate this heinous, rape/haircut/stabbing/throat-slitting in the bedroom narrative. It doesn't seem like they even tried to discern the truth of it. They took it and ran. All this to say, I can't readily condemn SA and BD, but, I also can't say (definitively) that they aren't guilty. The victim, the family and friends of the victim, the accused, the local population, and local law enforcement all deserve for the investigation to have been thorough, responsible and thoughtful. It just wasn't, and that is an absolute travesty.

Places where it would be virtually impossible to avoid getting blood. None of Teresa's blood was found in the front of the car. All those spots are too random to come from active bleeding. Are you dense??.. so you believe a killer would murder someone on their own property, take the body away, only to return later to put the bones in the back yard for the police to find? Its easy to repeat someone else's bullshit, you need to use your brain to think about it before you repeat it.

That, the police must have known TH and her car were not on the Avery site or they would have assumed she might be tied-up in the back of her car on the Avery site or there was easy to spot evidence (like her car) on the Avery site. The sheriff went on TV to say the Avery site was the _'last known whereabouts'_ and the case was _'suspicious in origin'._ He then flew over the Avery site at 1000ft and complained in his report he couldn't make out the car models (??). Why did the police not ground search the Avery site for TH and the Rav4? The only explanation is the police knew a ground search would confirm the Rav4 was not on the Avery site, so waited for the Rav4 to be planted and found by volunteers - and *then* conducted a ground search of the Avery site. Police search reports stated: _'We quickly checked the outbuildings, because Teresa might be still alive.'_ Really? Not immediately searching for a 'critical missing' 25 year-old woman where evidence showed she was last known to be is an extremely serious failure to comply with police procedure and a mistake too big to make: _"2. Conduct a search of the last location the missing person was seen and conduct an interview of those that last saw the missing person."_ _"3. Fully identify and separately interview anyone at the scene of the disappearance of the missing person and treat the location as a possible crime scene."_ _"4. Identify any areas at the incident scene that have been disrupted or may have the potential for the presence of evidence and safeguard those areas."_

He finished his statement about how few facts were brought out in the show and that he never watched it. How moronic can one man be. We watched each RD in action. Each ready to attack and bite Steven or Branden at every turn. Cops who were stupid enough to record their misdeeds, Prosecutor who was admittedly high and in the hight of his sex addiction reeking havoc in these two citizens lives. To watch Colburn and Lenk show up and clearly plant evidence and no superior say Stop, just stop with the Overt, unethical, illegal. Disgraceful behavior. The world is watching Wisconsin come unhinged and not one of these Rabid Dogs can be stopped in their tracks. They continue to behave badly and rip through these two mens lives as if it was their personal mission in life to do as much damage as possible. This really does remind me of the Catholic Church.
