Celebrating the release of 'The Blind Navigator / Like Clockwork', Kasper Koman gives an insight into the making of 'The Blind Navigator'.
---
Hailing from the centre of the Netherlands, Kasper Koman marks his official Anjunadeep debut with double-cut ‘The Blind Navigator / Like Clockwork’. Having been in the industry for over a decade, Koman’s productions have seen him gain support from some of the biggest DJs in his field including Guy J, Hernan Cattaneo, and Nick Warren.
First featured on Anjunadeep 11, ‘The Blind Navigator’ showcases Koman’s skill for building and releasing tensions with subtle atmospheric changes and compelling melodies. ‘Like Clockwork’ explores Kasper’s unique sound design, delivering groove-laden drumlines layered with synth licks.

Always like to see ‘behind the scenes’ on tracks like this from the creators themselves. Would love to see more of these 👌🏽 One of the best tracks on Anjunadeep 11 and so much detail in what sounds like a clean simple track. It’s cool to listen to the track, then watch this, then re-listen.

I was thinking about getting into music production but the amount of knowledge it takes to make tracks sound this good is intimidating… incredibly impressive Kasper!

Amazing. This has to be one of the hottest tracks ever made IMO. I always max it out with those distortion synth sections... Volume up!!!

The track is amazing, sounds so good! And the fact that Wavetable is your chosen synth pleases me greatly - it's my favourite synth too, even though I lack the skill to wield it the way you have done - masterfully! Looking forward to more tracks from Kasper ^-^

Great stuff, thanks for the tips!! The trick of using a 'character-filter with high resonance' followed by a distortion on a bassline is fantastic.

78 tracks and it sounds so good? fuck, this is normal? i make 30 tracks and I don't know what else to do. But my tracks still sound like garbage, but I see professional producers whose tracks have about 30 tracks. I do not get it.
