Any Nigerian youth that graduates from university is mandated to serve the Nigerian government for 1yr. That program is called Youth Service.

In addition to @Nnamdienekwa, without fulfilling this Youth Service Program, you cannot be eligible for job offers from state or private institutions( you then limited for only private personal business). Hence why this program is almost a must for Nigerians
