That would be quite hard since they are almost everywhere. There could be 1 alarm for every car park. However, they wouldn't give you the locations of every single siren. This is because of the fear of hackers. In California, a hacker hacked the Californian EAS Station and sent out a false zombie outbreak alert which caused massive fear throughout California.
