The Mall at Fairfield Commons - Beavercreek, Ohio [2022 Update]

Welcome to the Mall at Fairfield Commons in Beavercreek, Ohio. Opened In 1993 with JCPenney, Sears, Elder Beerman, and Parisian. In 1994 Lazarus opened at the mall. In 2004 Dick’s Sporting Goods opened at the mall. In 2007 the Parisian store was converted into a Elder Beerman for her and the current Elder Beerman location became Elder Beerman for him. In 2014 it was announced that the Elder Beerman for her is going to close and the Elder Beerman for him was discontinued and end up being a regular Elder Beerman store. The Elder Beerman for her space was demolished in 2015 and was replaced with 6 restaurants. In 2018 both Sears and Elder Beerman would close. In November 2019 Round 1 Entertainment opened in the former lower level of Sears and in 2020 Morris Home Furniture opened in the upper level of Sears.

I love this mall. It's like what our mall could've been if Simons mall hadn't trashed it and left it completely abandoned. Simon malls should've left our mall alone!

Are you referring to Upper Valley Mall, yes I agree. That mall had terrible management throughout the years, it was old and extremely outdated, people stopped going there.
