Bad-ass crud, so difficult. Every 100 feet, 10 kinds of snow. Alaska and lower 48 chutes and cut runs pale. No Fall Zone: If you know you don't fall when you can't-you won't. And you will get down in one piece.

To be honest the guy with the Gopro does not to ski so well, secure and confident for me. And indeed helmets and ABS backpacks ( ? ) would be a better example of good mountaineering according to me.

Mallory is almost one big no-fall zone. Avalanches aren't the big risk here. Falling is, so an ABS backpack is of no use at all. A parachute would be more helpfull.

Belle descente de l'aiguille, technique et maitrise des trajectoires à nettement améliorer, mais c'est fait pour ça !!! Quant à la vidéo, jolie ambiance, bonne situation grâce au point sur le parcours; un peu de repos pour voir les virages réalisés serait un plus...En tout cas la neige était parfaite sur toute le parcours !

That's really skiing? Is it that, what makes big fun. It's just for being able to tell others you came down there. It's nothing but hot air!! Around Chamonix there are so many slopes, where you can have real pleasure to ski - difficult and easy ones! What one can't call a searched line. 'Glory and honor for the courageous conquerors of Mallory couloir.' That's what you want to hear - isn't it?

For gods sake that was a foolish move to rappel down to an insecure position without tying the end of the ropes together - rappel ends at 23.05 . People die Abseiling off the end of the rope.

Unfortunately the majority of these guys are overskied and luckily lived. Steep yes but poor form for skiing.

Its a little miracle they all survived,i am myself an good intermediate who ski some couloirs ,but nothing like this off course although I ski the chamonix area,but honestly i hold my hart when i see these guys do they’re thing……😅😅 If theyr techniques where as great as theyr balls…..’
