In this case "threat" is used in a way meaning that it either is dangerous or has to be killed. In case of passive mobs it's because the bot learned that the drops are essential for survival, which was taught in the first phase where it watched vanilla gameplay. So theoretically, it should see them as a threat because it needs to kill them for survival, whether the mob itself is dangerous or not.

Have multiple bots go around a certain region and make a heatmap of the possibility of it being a base by scanning for chests or random artifacts that could indicate a base and then with that heatmap you could probably determine which area is most likely to have a base. it would be a really low tech approach but shouldnt be that hard right?
