as for what nick was talking about at the end, about how people will just kinda watch anything, no matter how much effort a creator put in... that's kinda true, i suppose, but i think people only *rewatch* stuff that's great. there's so much content that is in one ear, out the other. but when something is made with a ton of effort and creativity, it doesn't leave my mind, and I'll come back to it many times, if i love it. there's so much content I've watched that I'll probably never even think of again, but i definitely know the stuff that stood out to me. i think that's the difference

That ending quote was just so.... interesting. Like I think that's what a lot of people or some people want and that kinda sums up most of the vibe from this episode. It feels like Nick just wants to make a difference or an impact, which is basically what he said at the end and for a portion of the episode, and that is great because he definitely already has been a minor or major part of many people's lives, as a lot of content creators do. I feel like that's a very selfless aspiration or life goal to have and it's interesting to see this perspective from someone else.
