@A_Wild_Snuck I will admit I had to double check if I had the right "name" cause if it wasn't obvious the jokes "people get salty when I'm in play because I'm the early ultimate King K. Rool of Multiversus" (if I remember correctly during the pre-dlc Era of smash ultimate, K. Rool was an absolute menace.) and sidenote, I will admit, I magnetized myself to that kreming king's gilded gut due to just the trailer, as I had NO relationship with K Rool until that trailer, I didn't even know he EXISTED until that trailer and when I saw him and heard that GLORIOUS, BIG-BAND Music, i was enthralled, I HAD to know who this rotund ruler was, (my primary exposure to Donkey Kong stuff before Ultimate was the arcade game, the DKC Returns Era games, mario spin-off games, and I knew DK was in Punch-Out on the wii), but outside of that, DK was kinda just there, and I didn't even think he was a DK Villian at the time, because while the Ridley trailer did have Samus, it also had Mega Man and Mario feature in it, so the characters in a cinematic trailer don't really mean much, honestly thought at the time they chose DK for a "Godzilla VS Kong" reference due to scaly aquatic reptile vs massive gorilla and the fact that k rool didn't fit DK's "vibe" (my perception of it anyway) being fighting tyrannical reptiles, that's kinda Mario's whole thing, to the point of until the splash-screen "King K Rool Comes Aboard" (still love that one as well as "Ridley Hits the Big Time", they ABSOLUTELY knew what they were doing with that tagline) I thought that this was intended as an updated Wart (dream frog guy from Mario 2) due the crown and cape combo.

To me Jason being in this game is actually really special to me Jason is probably my favourite horror movie killer, tough but alongside Freddy and Ghostface. He’s just a cool character with some good movies, some bad movies and then Goes To Hell But Jason was easily my most wanted horror character in MVS and I heard rumours he could be added and I didn’t really believe it but then the relaunch trailer happened and I lost my mind knowing this hulking horror movie slasher is in the same game as Lebron James, Rick Sanchez, Tom and Jerry and Bugs Bunny is insane to me And then his gameplay having great references to movies, games and more. And of course the big highlight being the Uber Jason skin which is the skin I wanted the most for him. I feel like PFG were quietly listening to me
