Person who criticised Greg Chappell means he has not played cricket. When he came as a coach that time Sachin Ganguli Laxman and Dravid all were 34 years plus. He wanted young players because only batting is not important in one day cricket. He searched many fast bowlers and gave chance which Ganguli never did. Undoubtedly he was very strict. Therefore players could not adjust with him. He used to come on ground very early in the morning but our old players never follow these things. Certainly today’s players are earning lot of money than players of seventy’s. It does not mean that Chappell is bagger.
