Wonderful conversation, lads. I have never heard anyone discuss this before, but I am CONVINCED Nick Nack was supposed to be in GoldenEye 007 on the N64, but was substituted for Oddjob. Firstly, Oddjob was never a short man compared to the multiplayer character; the height would be far more suitable for Nick Nack. Secondly, all the other henchpeople in the multiplayer are from Roger's era (Baron Samedi, Jaws, and May Day). I'm purely speculating here, but I reckon that was initially Nick Nack and it was decided to replace him with Oddjob because he is more well known to a casual audience.

Chris Lee is incredible, I wish we got more of him, similar to Dr No - although I love that we got the extra Nick Nack at the end!!! Nick Nack is EPIC

Ah, but there WAS a big golden gun, wasn't there? Isn't there a golden revolver behind the grille in the gymnasium? When Scaramanga reaches for it, he finds the grille locked. Great episode! Christopher Lee was always a convincing presence. I rewatched "Scars of Dracula" last night and he manages to remain dignified in spite of all the "Carry On" inanity swirling about him.
