some managers dont understand the on sick leave part and translated it to want to be pay without working or i dont want to work 😂😂😂 my Ex manager was like that, i asked him for other position after we talked about, in the first day i told him wanted to test everything for few days before decide and later see if i wanted to move, he agreed and when i asked for the other position he said no, so i decided to not work as he didnt respected the mutual agreement, he was the most toxic manager i had, he was overly positive to the point he was toxic, he didnt pay attention to us and wanted us to everything and when he was with us always was looking at the phone not paying the minimum attention to what we said, on my free day he always sent me train courses to do which some where from my level and others from my upper level and always wanted to push to get the next level even if we dont wanted it, he seemed to not listen when i told him i which day i will have as my free as we decided to have one every week the day we wanted to, worst things was he wanted a new saler to sell as a veteran 😂😂😂
