18:24 Moff Gideon's forces--he took Mandalore, remember? He used their metals to make his Dark Trooper, those things that Luke destroyed while saving them from Gideon's forces last season. Moff Gideon already has an agent working inside the New Republic, Elia Kane, who's be busy erasing people that knew what Moff Gideon's been working on, cloning. This scene ends abruptly, but I wouldn't be surprised if Captain Carson Teva corrects the person he's talking with or at least brings up the fact that Luke brought them Gideon's ship, which had droids made of Beskar! Everyone that was on that ship, including Cara Dune, who's apparently working for the New Republic in special forces, knows that the Dark Troopers can capable of flight and can function in the vacuum of space. Sure, the Mandalorians that left Bo-Katan could be involved or other Mandalorians, but I think this is the Empire's doing. Why else would they be working so hard to cover their tracks inside the New Republic? I could be wrong, but the blaster fire/damage to the ship's outside and insides look messy. Which isn't what this series and past stories have shown us about Mandalorians or their training; they're precise. 18:37 Didn't Bo-Katan return the Dark Saber to Din? It isn't against the creed to use Beskar as a weapon, according to the armor. Din gave her the spear and asked her to use some of it to make make armor for the foundling in his care, Grogu. 19:01 Boba Fett does indeed wear Beskar. Boba-s uniform is the same uniform his father, Jango Fett, wore during the Clone Wars. Boba just added his own colors to it. But it is indeed Beskar. By the way, the rockets that shoot from his wrist are called whistling birds. 19:32 Din started off with cheap metal coverings, though I'm fairly certain his helmet was all Beskar. Foundlings have to earn their armor as they climb in rank. Din got the rest of his armor after he took it from the Imperials on Nevarro. He gave it to the armorer and asked her to divided it up amongst their foundlings. She used a portion of it to finish off the rest of his armor. The Empire took Mandalore and looted their wares. Anyone who looted bodies off-world would also have Beskar, but anyone caught with the armor that wasn't supposed to have it would be walking around with a target on their back as we saw with Cobb Vanth. Anyway, next week should be awesome! Have you watched Star Wars Rebels? We got an Easter egg in this episode, and I'd say it was huge! Rebels showed us key Star Wars characters so we can see that it takes place after Order 66 and just after Return of the Jedi--it covers a lot of ground. The Bad Batch ties into episode three and it is the direct sequel to the Clone Wars, as it picks up right where that season finale left off--Disney's treating us well with all these Revenge of the Sith tie-ins, each showing us different perspectives of what was going on to whom and where at the same time, but different places in the Star Wars galaxy. These are all building towards something--the First Order, I assume--but we likely won't know for sure until the Bad Batch's season wraps up. The Bad Batch seems to be the story linked closes to what's going on in secret, which makes sense given that they were birthed in secrecy, more so than their clone brethren, and are almost as unique as Alpha, the first clone, who is Boba Fett.

Don’t forget the empire acquired a ton of beskar during the purge. Those robots from season 2 was all beskar. Even some of the commanders or officers were mandalorians too.

Boba Fett does wear beskar. You saw what happened to Mandalorian correct? That was Moff Gideon and they mined as much as they wanted; even more, season one the imperial client paid Din Djardin in beskar.
