The Jawas are practical effects. They don’t have faces that we can see. Just the glowing eyes. That’s the design.

Bo Katan was introduced in the Clone Wars. You all would appreciate the story more with that background. It is worth a watch. As others have said, the last three episodes of Boba Fett are key also.

You miss a lot of the story if you’ve never watch the other shows. They try to bring everyone up to speed, but you can’t really get emotional seeing Bo Katan return to her destroyed planet, when you haven’t seen it before and don’t know its history.

Mando has trouble with the darksaber (it's so heavy for him) because his mind is clouded and he's unfocused (so said the Armorer), that's why he struggles with it so much.

So just to give you all a little info on Bo Katan - she's played by Katee Sackoff, who voiced the character in The Clone Wars. She is also popularly known for playing Starbuck in Battlestar Galactica.

When y'all keep saying CG, do you ACTUALLY mean CGI, using computer graphics, or are you just talking about any effects in general, including practical? I feel like you're just saying CG when you mean something else. The Star Wars feel comes from using all of the classic effects magic, like people in costumes, puppetry, etc, and it sounds like you have gripes with those parts instead of the parts that are actual CG. Just asking for clarification. Enjoy y'all! Glad to see the channel growing!

they said the CGI for Grogu and the Jawas was off. Grogu is done using puppetry (including a little robotics) and the Jawas are little people (midgets) in costumes. Maybe those dudes need to upgrade their HDTVs 🤣

@@toamszkozak8822 not gonna lie, you gotta provide them with the guide of essential viewing because like all animated shows they have goofy filler and snoozers. gotta skip around to the bangers and essentials otherwise it becomes a chore for new / casual fans

Lightsabers (including the Darksaber) are powered by power cells (in-universe batteries), but the plasma blade emitted loops back on itself and keeps the power cells constantly charged. They only lose energy when they make contact with something and are resisted (like another lightsaber). Highly energy efficient weapons.
