I use this gel on soaking wet hair and I don’t get flakes gel don’t really mix with cream based leave ins well. So kip them or add a oil.

Amber Cobbins I actually used it today with the do it fro gels. I like to use gels with oils at leave ins tbh and then stack another gel on it. I also have short short hair so I wash and wet it a lot

TFS. I just bought it from Target. I noticed frizz in the video. Was that caused from you stretching it or did the product not hold well,?

Hey 💓. If I’m being honest, I think it was do to me not using the right leave in conditioner for my hair, which caused dryness and later flakiness. However, I used it again with another leave in while in the shower (hot water) and it worked way better.

@@theambermaria The more reviews/demos I see for this gel, the more I’m convinced that it needs to be applied with lots of water (like UFD). The instructions also claim the gel can reactivate with water on a different day, have you been able to try that?

You are right. I actually have not tried to Reactivate it with water, but I’ll try it. The thing about this gel, I really like it but it seems to cause a lot of work. I wish that there was a gel that kept your curls in tact, but also kept your hair soft with no flakes
