Saw the original band back in the 60s. Ive seen them often on their regular visits to Buxton Opera House they always put on a great show. Wonderful guests too like Georgie Fame PP Arnold and the late Zoot Money. Good live band .

Heard The Manfreds perform this at Kilworth House Theatre on 18.09.19 Outstanding! I had goosebumps, it was the highlight of the show for me.

Saw them at Fairfield halls got to be 10 years ago now and they played this then as you say Rene outstanding. Alan Price made a guest appearance on keyboard that night bloody amazing and I was there . How good are they that I remember it that well I since learnt to play the harmonica and can now play backing to this tune

That must have been the same tour that we saw at the Lees Cliff Hall, Folkestone. The Manfreds and Alan Price, first class !

The band got to speed the beat up a little. Its to slow.Nice cover anyway.

This ( excellent) version is more like the original, Howling Wolf version. The Manfred Mann first version of this number is on their " The Five Faces of Manfred Mann " album which is slightly faster.
