Joe, I recently did a violation for probation (sentenced to 89 days with half, and got a FedKick 10 in) and even after doing 3 terms (my longest being 4 years) I found it extremely hard to get back into the groove of county jail.. Maybe because I was withdrawing, and the fact that I’m older now, but it was the HARDEST AND LONGEST 10 days I’ve ever had to serve! I honestly did not even get into a routine! I was straight rack status, dirt bag status, just tied the sheet on, didn’t bother lacing it up.. Man Joe it was rough. Really rough. Being dope sick, you had it to a tee there.. minus pissing on myself, I was too dehydrated for that!
@MrBgreen883 жыл бұрын
I’d say I developed my routine no more than a couple weeks into my five month county sentence....wake, chow, back to bed, up to poop, sweatmeat around noon, hour or so exercise, spade table, letters, dinner around 5, then TV and more cards, lights out. After to got sentenced, went to the county workhouse and it was chow, go to work (had the best possible job...still talk to the lady that ran it 5 years later) back around 5, shower, chow, spades/tv/letters, lights out. Hated every minute but went by fast. Been out and right 8 years now. Love the channel Joe!

In Western New York here you always get sent to the county jail unless your picked up in the city of buffalo. then from the county jail brought to the city holding before court then transferred to court then transferred to holding center then from there depending on sentence you stay there, or sent to Correctional or sent to an actual Prison. here youve gotta be sentenced at least 1-2yrs to go to the actual bighouse. I was always good at accepting the fact that the worst was already over in my oppinion. getting arrested is the worst IMO.
