I love how each of the Prues are like part of the Freudian Trio: The one in the black sweater is the real Prue, who represents ego, the part of the trio that usually seen as it comprises most of the personality. She is readily influenced by her id and superego, yet she also helps keep each of her counterparts in check. The Prue in the blue sweater represents id, as she acts more on instinct, is more flirtatious and rather free-spirited. She personifies Prue’s inner desires and more “primal” instincts. The Prue in the pink sweater represents her superego as she is happier, perkier, more enthusiastic, and bossier. She represents Prue’s more professional side as well as her morals, the image of who she sees herself as, who she wants others to see her as, and who she wants to be.

It took me ages to reconnect that Prue made this spell and after some episode her powers advanced to include astral projection. Maybe it was just like for Phoebe whose power of levitation was foreshadowed by the power of flight temporarily gained though a wish.

I like the details on the hairstyles of the three Prues. The hyper sociable Prue has a strict hairstyle, hair well straightened behind her ears. In contrast, Wild Prue has bouffant hair and bangs that almost cover her eyes. And the real Prue's hairstyle is a perfect compromise between the hairstyles of her two other sides. By the way, I love Cristine Rose. Excellent actress and good chemistry with Shannen.

The only thing I never understood was why did the 3rd Prue have to go to Quake with Piper for ‘protection’ when she has an active power? Prue even said that! So why did Piper need protection yet not Phoebe, who has a passive power? She started kickboxing in this episode, but she was hardly a master after one class! Her skills developed throughout the years, but here she was a novice! 🤣🤣

The issue was the girls didnt get along Alyssa gathered evidence against Shannon and took it to the studio The network tried to higher a mediator to get the girks to talk , SH han and Holly refused to do this becaue they didnt trust the mediator. This I feel was the biggest mistake because the network saw Shan as a problem , Holly admitted on a podcast she was a bit of a walkover so Im sure Shan was blamed entirely Alyssa then threatened to sue the network and production company and asked them to choose between her and Shan The network wouldnt have picked Alyssa if there wasnt some evidence of a multi million suit there From what happened there is no way they where going to keep Prue Shan was sweet but an alpha and that made her a bit hard to work with same thing happened on 90210 Shan was showing up late to set a lot because she was going through stufd but didnt tell anyone on set e.g... I think she was in a abusive relationship and her dad was sick So it appears Shan sucked at communication and playing ball in her younger years Alyssa also comes across like a alpha too I feel both Alyssa and Shan bear some blame for what happened Its unfortunate they couldnt get along The show was better when the original girls where together Paige was great but those last seasons where rough due to the writing

Storywise Phoebe leaving wouldnt have shaken up the sister dynamic as much Prue dying was so drastic because Piper became the oldest and Phoebe became the middle sister The problem was the the writing sucked
