I'm cutting Ash some slack because he was dreaming and threw his Poke Ball alarm clock breaking it! How many of us would be screwed if our phones died or broke in the middle of the night and the alarm didn't work?! Why didn't his mom wake him up? Although, Ash is honestly to blame not for sleeping in BUT for staying up wayyyyy too late the night before since his mom chewed him out because he needed to go to sleep ASAP!

The biggest mistake which Ash Ketchum was dumb were losing at Top 16 in the Kanto League and Top 8, Top 4 and then Top 2 in Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, Unova and Kalos Leagues. Hurtful right? Edit: And not evolving most of his Starter Pokemon and other Regional Pokemon including some of his Companions' and Goh's one of the region's starter Pokemon.
