A lot of people get all weird and culty about music and decide that if you didn't just so happen to stumble upon a certain band before whatever date then you're not a true fan and don't enjoy their music or something crazy like that. Just want you to know that this song got me through the hardest time of my life. While it has a romantic overtone for some, for me it was an ethereal lullaby that ran non-stop in my head letting me know that this is just temporary or “just a dream”. When the sound stage opens up and the reverb kicks it, it sounds like a whole ocean comes flooding in. It's really slick sounding. You dropped out the background and maaaaybe squished down the vocal frequencies a bit to amplify the effect and holy smokes it works. This whole song is just really well done.
