The Marías - "Submarine" SPEED REVIEW

At best, "Submarine" is dreamy and pleasant. At worst, it is knockoff Men I Trust with basic chord progressions.

Yeah sorry for making that such a big focus in the review, but its one of the main reasons I didnt enjoy the album more. Theres so much music out there and we have the power to listen to any of it, so when something doesn't stand out much, why would I come back to it?

@atticusdeeny nah that's cool I respect your opinion, I think this album though is amazing in its own right. I give it a 8/10. The more I listen the more songs I end up liking.

Yeah my only qualm with this format is that I prioritize speed and timeliness over rly developing my opinion. Some of the songs might have grown on me more too but I only gave this like 1.5 full listens

@@landoc3761 I do love the Submarine, but my heart still goes to CINEMA. Idk I just really love how the album was made - Submarine was made out of Maria’s Truthfulness whilst CINEMA was made out of love by each band
