I ordered my deck but didnt receive the booklet. Is there anywhere to download it?

I’m not aware of a booklet! Mine didn’t come with one either. But it’s a true RWS clone, so any general book on Tarot should help you with meanings.

It sounds like you got a counterfeit deck. I've been looking into getting this and the only authorized place to get this is The Game Crafter (unless you got it secondhand) and they say it comes with a LWB. Getting any deck these days, not just the Mara Lunne, without a booklet is a good sign you got a counterfeit. Another sign is if the box has a QR code on it instead of a bar code. And if the price is super low.
