I love this game to death - but I've recently been diagnosed with macular hole forming in my eyes, which really inhibits the ability for my eyes to focus and create a clear, sharp image. I will never be good at this game because of that :(

that sucks sorry. But, take solace in the fact that the majority of people are just bad naturally with no handicap and you might be able to cater your playstyle- use a low FOV and close range weapons so you have an easier time seeing things. this games pretty casual i have faith you can have fun still :)

Marathon easily became my favourite gun in the game. It just feels more consistent. I guess its due to the range buff compact and medium ammo got.

@@FOGSHIE This is what the patch notes says ,,Damage falloff has been adjusted, retaining more damage over distance than previously in most cases including shotguns, although the adjustment to shotguns isn’t as large as the increase to other firearms." So Im guessing it works for the compact as well because it feels much more consistent after the update.

Best compact ammo gun will always be my beloved Winnie bayonet. Hella bullets, bayonet for bosses & surprise players, great iron sights, and levering. You don’t even need a secondary but with hand crossbow it fucking slaps

I been using the gun the last week and a half out of giving it a try to change things up. Fuck me, its not only good for budget loadouts - But I've been mopping people left and right with this weapon whether its a duel or ambush. Love it

Tried the Marathon for the first time since the introduction. And I am blown away by its precision and performance! I use a romero as a sidearm and dragonbreath as 2nd ammo. I call it: Royale with cheese.

my guy, instead of trying to copy someone else’s set up that they’ve been running for literal years, play wtv makes you feel the most comfortable. If the problem is aiming, it might sound stupid but that’s mostly a « skill issue ». I’m not saying you’re bad at the game, it’s just that your aim won’t become god tier just because you change your sensitivity. Just play the game more and learn how bullet velocity works, that’s how i got a lot better at the game :)

You should test which speed is best for you. Dpi isnt a thing that you can just copy and then youre as good as hornet. Everyone needs to find his personal sweet spot for it. I would suggest you try different dpi settings and go to the Shooting range, then choose a target a farer away and try to flick und shot at it as fast as possible. If you train and adjust your dpi with it so that you can hit the target most of the time you found good dpi for you. If you stop before it increase dpi, if you move past it often just lower it. And if you dont wanna do that there is an game on steam (should be free), that just lets you train your aim. So you can practice there (its better because you have to hit moving targets) and adjust your dpi while doing it. If you see that your aim increases just adjust your dpi more and more until it gets worse, then you found your sweet spot

unrelated to the vid, but they really gotta change the prices of some of these guns, cause a price tag of 345 is not really spooking anyone away anymore. I’m see people running krag+dual borheims without any concern of cost, because of the nothing-burger that is the games economy.

not doing any damage with those long range body shots. high V im not a fan of anymore. im also good with slower bullet speeds. so that helps me alot. for what ever reason im fairly good at bullet drop too, maybe cuase i played PUBG b4 HUNT. i just see it lol, same for the leads

bring the skins for the marathon and mako rifle in the store!!! a lot of people took a break from the game before the big patch and now we are punished for it. it is a very bad buisness model. sure give the ative players things for free, but dont punish people with weapon or hunter skins that became uniqe due to playing at a certian time..... 1k hour hunt player......
