Especially when you consider Titans different chemisty (temperature, pressure, the abundance of methane), you can actually have oil without requiring any form of life. Mars is much more similar to earth. So while you could find some oil from non biological sources there, it would still be a biomarker

People have different passions and things they are experts as. There are plenty of scientists who have been and are solving the Earths problems, and many of the problems are solved already in theory. The problem is that people/the general public don't do enough or think about their choices enough. There is plenty of information how to save the Earth or how to make changes to help. Technically radio waves move at the speed of light in a complete vacuum, so it should move near light speed in space. I barely know how this works but I’m assuming the internet wouldn’t be that bad as long as there’s a line of satellites stringing from earth to mars.
