Funny thing is I had totally forgotten about this movie, but the song randomly became stuck in my head, so all night I was just thinking where did I hear this song from...and the next morning this scene pops up in my head of him trying to make water, and the first thing I say is "found it" and that feeling is just so great XD (it was like my mind was searching for something deep down that I hadn't remembered in a long time and it worked)

People who are looking for similar music to this, it's heavily inspired by the electronica and new-age styles and genres of music; unfortunately, like most film scores, it's difficult to classify beyond that, and there is no filtering term I can think of that will let you easily find music like it. However, I CAN recommend that you check out Trent Reznor's score for The Social Network. Particularly tracks like "Intriguing Possibilities" and "In Motion", among others. They may scratch that similar electronic ambience itch.
