They're fighting Zawe Ashton's character (seen descending stairs with Kree earlier in the trailer). Zawe Ashton also happens to be married to Tom Hiddleston, she's a fantastic actress and surprised she's not really had the leap into a big project like this yet.

@@Omn1Media I was mostly going off the hair, to be honest. But Zawe's character does appear to be in a more ceremonial outfit in the shot we see her clearly. The Kree Guard behind her in that is wearing something similar to the person at the end. At the very least they share the same brown colour palette haha.

The “Evil Carol” scene, holding the “hammer”, I paused.. that’s Ronin’s Warhammer and on the right wrist is the second Bangle. Near the end of Captain Marvel, Ronin said he’d be back for the weapon.. the woman.. Did they use a Scrull to sim her? And the Bangle to give her power? Is she now ‘The Accuser’?

I'm more interested in their entanglement. The bangle seems to be the cause, since we got a glimpse of Kamala being able to transport through time with it. An interesting thing is that she is the only one revealed to be a mutant, but technically Marvel is handling it similar to DC's metahumans since the powers are "activated". Kamala's bangles, Carol's space stone blast and Monica passing through a shield based on the mind stone 1 too many times. Are they all mutants then?

I thought it made sense that their powers would be connected since both Carol and Monica got their powers from an infinity stone and Kamala's powers are somehow connected to the Kree maybe who probably had one of the stones at some point. But honestly, I've no idea how they are going to do this.

I assume by the time of the final fight they have learned how to control the swapping. I hadn't noticed the suit update on Kamala because the top looks the same.. just refined but I see now its less a tunic and more a jumpsuit now.. to be fair the original was great but if shes gonna be in legit space battles fighting for her life she might need an upgrade to something with actual protection

Carol and Monica's powers being "entangled" make a little sense, their powers came from Infinity Stones. But even that is a stretch because they were different stones, and Monica got her's secondhand through Wanda. Kamala on the other hand, that's gonna be some bullshit to explain her "entanglement."

This looks fun as heck so far. And the power swapping issue is a good fix for Carol (and maybe Monica) being so OP. Obviously using their powers is going to cause chaos with the swapping, so they'll have to try to solve issues without using them, or at least minimally, plus potentially a great fight after they've learned to work together and take advantage of the swapping.

The villain looks to be Ronan the Accuser's successor cause she has his hammer and the soldiers are blue so they are Kree. The villian has a bangle like Kamala, shoots a blast that looks like Rambu’s power, and does look like a variant of Danvers, so makes sense that their connected. And when Rambu explains here power the scene of her getting attacked looks like a pruning stick from the TVA so the multiverse could be at play here.
