The master Jig - Cutting a blank jig & burning you own inner designs

How to cut a blank jig, and install it on to the lower brace and burn your inner design of jig pockets. Its really easy and I am going to show you how easy.

It's very important that the gantry is square to the frame. I have covered this in other videos. If you ever have your stepper motors grid / miss steps, like when the head crashes into the side of the frame, and your stepper make a strange loud noise like gears grinding, you would need to check your gantry squareness again. Its an easy process which I have covered in two videos. See videos 2 and 22
