this hits hard for me. i used to drink 2 bangs a day which had 300 mg of caffeine per can. im 27 now. i have chest problems. but doctors don't know what the issue is i believed it was because of energy drinks. but i did like heart monitor for 2 weeks and everything but they said it was fine. but idk man i was just like that dude i honestly thought it wouldn't make a difference i am a skater i was always healthy and just thought like nah it doesn't matter, now i can't do shit i cant list weights because they think i have inflammation in my chest that's pushing against my rib cage but its been 2 almost 3 years now that would of went away. it's a nightmare i can't sleep at night because the pain is bad i had to stop smoking bud because i would start freaking out. anytime i feel any sort of pain my mind goes to the worst scenario and i think im constantly dying every day i think is today the day I'm going to die. honestly life is miserable. and i can't do anything about it been to the doctors 15 times in one year and i still know nothing,

sounds like a stress problem if you immediately go to worst scenario when you feel pain. i used to have chest struggles and doctors couldnt find anything, but thought i was on coke or something. i have been on high caffeine for many years, energy drinks/coffee, but the chest pain went away when i switched to another job and didnt have to stress any more

I've gained weight i weigh 202 when I've been skinny and weigh 140 my whole life of 25 years.

Cut out as much sugar as you can while staying sane, it’s causes inflammation in your joints and other parts of your body. Irritates the hell out of a lot of things. It will lead to losing weight or body chub which also helps. And above all just stop caring if you live or die based on your anxiety. Sounds harsh or easier said then done, but If it happens it happens, you can’t stop it. Accepting that demise helps anxiety immensely, I barely get it anymore. Also get checked for sleep apnea, I’ve got it and it sucks, leaves me tired all day and does lead to joint pain and all those symptoms. But losing weight helped it a lot. I was about 40lbs over my base line weight, but it messed my body up. Now I feel much better that I’m back down to 185lbs. I have GERD and had chest inflammation too at certain points to add to the uneasy nauseous feelings- I also had lots of back and hip pain that made me limp around certain days. Sleeping on an incline helped, those special foam pillows (triangular shaped ones) off Amazon are good, cost me about $90 CAD. I’ll prob get a memory foam Tempurpedic mattress at some point and see if that helps. Once I start sleeping better it will start to fix itself even more, It’s all linked to stress. I’ve had basic heart tests, same issues as you and nothing found. I’ve thought about a “stress test” where you do physical activity and they hook you up to monitors, but haven’t done it yet. An Apple Watch that monitors your heart and will send out a signal if you did have a heart attack could also give you peace of mind, it does for me sometimes. Try stretches or breathing exercises from KZbin, they actually start to work after a while. Good luck man, hope it works out for you. Life sucks when you constantly have anxiety attacks or legit health issues. I used to be a hypochondriac so I know what’s up. Take care!

As someone who drinks energy drinks. I get the message, but instead of chugging 4 a day. I usually sip one throughout the day. It's obviously still not healthy but I try my best to not make it a habit out of it. I also don't drink them daily. Also how dare you disrespect the beautiful artificial flavour of mango? Energy drinks are literally meth in a can. Have a guy at my work that was exactly like this, he’d bring in a 4 pack and by knock off he’d polished all 4 off, then he’d hit the vending machine for a roady… went to his doctor because he started having heart palpitations one day, doctor basically told him straight, you don’t stop drinking this crap like NOW you are going to drop dead of a heart attack… since he’s given them up BOOM! He’s sleeping better, he has energy, his heart rate and blood pressures down. He can focus, keep a steady hand again.. you name it. It’s crazy to see how much and in how many areas his health has improved… these drinks are worse for you than most people think
