Tip if you habe trouble with the jammin modifier: when rush is close to you the lights will slightly dim, when ambush or screech does their arrival noise they slightly shake your screen. These tips work best if u are standing still and paying a lot of attention.

you unlock modifiers by beating this game which gives you the badge rock bottom which unlocks the modifiers but u have to have some other badges to unlock extra modifiers from there but u have to beat game before modifiers even show up
