I don't get why they put the note saying "She's the last one, ever", almost like a punishment for Thomas killing griever who it was suggested the people who put them there also made the grievers... Why the note? what was the purpose? and why? Seemed pretty pointless that part, unless i'm missing something?

I agree with you, I think it might me because Thomas killed a griever and is very close to find a way out. I think they might wanted to push them to escape since the doors don’t close anymore and there won’t be any boxes coming up with food. Idk of this is the real reason but I just think it’s this.

I watched this in 2016 when it was popular I remembered this for a long time but could never remember the name of the movie I saw a comment on a TikTok saying Kylie Jenners bodyguard looks like a cast member from the maze runner then it hit me that this was it when I was younger I saw it twice and it was so scary and sad to me a roller coaster of spooked and sad emotions.

Basically, here's what WCKD thought: since the kids are immune to the flare, they could use them to develop a cure, but they still couldn't figure out what made them different. Once they could figure out what separates them, they can harvest whatever it is and use it to make a cure. They figured out that a lot of the immune kids were highly intelligent, like Thomas, so they theorized that their brains were the sources of their immunity, and they theorized that by studying their brain patterns, they could find clues to point them into the right direction. For them, it meant stimulating their brains to see how their brains reacted as opposed to the kids who weren't immune. They settled on scaring the ever-living shit out of them as the way to stimulate their brains, likely because it was not only easy since we all feel fear, but it would produce the most pronounced results since fear is an extreme emotional response, making the data hopefully easier to understand. Of course, sticking kids in a giant labyrinth with spider-robots that turn them into zombies crosses more than a few moral lines, but WCKD was dedicated to doing whatever it takes to find a cure, even if it meant scaring the shit out of children, and they were certain they were looking in the right places. Most people will say WCKD is cruel with no doubt, and it is true, their methods were not merciful by any means, but it does propose an interesting moral dilemma when you think about it. Would you be willing to make children's lives a living hell if it meant the entire human race could be restored and no one would have to suffer or watch their family members wither away at the mercy of a deadly virus? It's always been interesting to think about for me when you look at it from WCKD's perspective.

He woke up and boys called the glades are Suvivors. They try and escape the maze. Then the next day ben tried to kill thomas but put in the maze. The next day thomas ran into the maze to save minho and alby. Alby was stung and after the night they got out and they were the first to suvived in the maze at night. They got out and it turned dark outside. Griever attacked the glade and zart,alby and alot others were killed. Gally was the leader. Thomas and a few others were going to escape. They have a small army and attacks the greiver and lots were killed. Then they got out and watched a video of ava and gally comes and kills chuck then the rest of the group escapes

Seemed like a great movie...until the end. Has anybody realized that the helicopter could have just flew over the maze and landed in the glen? There's nothing covering the glen from above. The view from the helicopter even shows it. Biggest loop hole ever.
