Like the layouts of this home. If I get this house I would extend the dinning room all the way to the laundry room and put a pantry and other storage rooms there or extend it and make it a little study room.

As you come in the front door on your right, the opening to the dining room need to be closed up as a regular wall. Too many open hollow spaces. I don't like open floor plans with the living room, kitchen & dining room that flows together as one great big room.

The lay-out of the house is very nice & I love the porch! Although, I did not like any of the finishings in this particular home, I still like the house very much. Me personal think the concept of two Guest Bedrooms should be on one hall by it self & the one alone Guess Bedroom on the same hall as the Master. If I had the house the whole inside would be designed totally different from this model, seemed like everything where clashing mix & did not match!

Decent layout, though I’d have put the master in the back on its own and not made the guest bath a walk through. Some of the design choices are not great (tile is way too busy) and that textured ceiling is awful!

This is a beautiful home but for heaven’s sake why do you open every single closet they all look the same instead why don’t you just point them out?

Some horrible design flaws in here, it’s like they just crammed everything together. The master bath is gorgeous but once you step out of the master bedroom they put the AC blower right next to it which means every time the AC kicks on there’s gonna be a big jump and a huge noise in the master bedroom and whatever is next to it, that should’ve been stuck in the utility room over next to the kitchen and almost all mobile homebuilders make the same mistake and put the island in the kitchen really close to the counters and in the middle of the kitchen, that makes it unbelievably cramped if two people are trying to get through and pass each other in there and there’s no reason for it that island could be moved out a foot and a half I moved over a foot and a half with no problem at all and it looks like they just threw the second bathroom in wherever it fit. Idk This whole layout is just weird, having two hallways just messes the whole thing up as well, it’s just a horrible design for that
