I would argue Cold Blooded is actually a great 2nd perk in place of Fast Hands if your secondary is a pistol (e.g., basilisk) with the fast-draw grip equipped (to make up for the lack of Fast hands). Resupply is another option for double nades and regenerating claymores/proximity mines to cut the enemy team down in size before picking the rest off. Fast hands isn't always necessary. Edit: high alert is also a problem - people are using it as a 3rd (bonus) perk to compensate for a lack of game sense and situational awareness. Cold Blooded countering this cheap perk can be helpful here because the majority of people who use high alert start to become reliant on it and assume nobody must have their crosshairs on them if the yellow arc isn't showing on their screen.

Idk if you know or not, but if you swap out the Merc stock for the Forge Tac Delta optic (or whatever other optic you like at the same weight), you can drop another 40ms from your ADS speed and reduce the glint you give off. I assume you know, but never hurts to suggest a potential optimization.

When they nerf the guns, they end up making them horrendously or near horrendously bad. The nerfs need to be balanced, so the guns are still useful. The benefit of other people running around with good guns is if I run out of ammo, I can use their weapons to continue my streak

Running ColdBlooded and Ghost means you suck? Weird take Can definitely say with confidence that 99% of the mfs that use CB, use it only to counter High Alert. Ya know that Broken af perk that makes up for a campers, I mean player's lack of awareness. Ghost speaks for itself, although as someone who plays respond it's not really fair that uavs can be spammed out the gate meanwhile you gotta wait 4 minutes before you get ghost. Tracker also has no counter Stealth is terrible in this game

Is kinda weird to run both simultaneously in S&D, but considering you can edit and change your class during the match I def think it's reasonable that someone would throw those on their class once they saw the enemy team was accumulating killstreaks. I don't think there's anything embarassing about running both generally though--especially given UAVs have been OP and smokes+thermals, high alert, and VTOLs are all very common and annoying. If he was trying to say that ppl who rely on those perks to hide/camp until they can shoot you in the back are bad, then fair enough I suppose.

@@MrSparkles5017 that’s fair, though with cold blooded it counters more than just streaks (I usually use fast hands but just saying), but I think in most lobbies people on both teams earn multiple UAVs on average. It wouldn’t be such a crutch for me if lobbies were more randomized. But if every person in the lobby is skilled enough to know there is a UAV out and knows where I am at all times I am going to get beat a lot no matter how good I am

Yes, people who use that are using it because they're used to having killstreaks called in on them. Which means they're bad lol. Good players will use Fast Hands or Restock for 2nd perk. The 3rd perk is more debatable, Ghosts isn't TERRIBLE, but again, better players typically won't use it since they won't let opponents get UAVs too often so it ends up being a dead perk.
