The actress you have playing Ste. Thérèse speaks with excellent gravitas. I've found that the Heavenly Thérèse now speaks with a bright cheerful demeanor and absolute perfect confidence.

Everything or anything can be a grace when we have faith it is a gift from God for our good, ie, is beneficial to our well being. Faith is the proper gratitude by which to receive all things. The soul is then benefited fully. There is more than physical well being. There is emotional and mental well being, social or relational well being, and there is spiritual and eternal well being. Relational well being with God leads to the soul's spiritual well being for eternity. The soul is ensured well being by God's grace by faith in God and by gratitude towards him. This is the right relationship for the soul to be in with God. It is very difficult to maintain faith when what is given to us is temporarily painful or leads to death. How can what feels and looks like it is bad or detrimental to our well being be a grace or gift? If something isn't beneficial to our temporal physical or mental well being, it could still be beneficial to our spiritual well being or to our souls' eternal well being when faith in God and his grace is maintained. Temporary pain can be turned into eternal gain by God's grace and by faith that he has our eternal spiritual well being in mind and by gratitude for his gifts already received. Hope in the midst of pain is the anticipation of God's goodness yet to come but not yet experienced now. Faith is the assurance for hope. Faith is hope's foundation. Without faith, hope is wishful thinking with fear it may not be fulfilled. Faith is the antithesis to fear. Faith is the firm foundation of confidence in God that casts out doubt and despair in the midst of pain. It's good for the soul. Grace is received well or better by faith. Grace's full effect is experienced by gratitude. Like faith, hope and charity; grace, faith and gratitude are a three corded rope not easily broken. They bind the soul to the Trinity. The Father is love. The Spirit inspires hope. The Son has the perfect (telos) fulfilling faith we lack. Faith in the Son makes up for what we lack. The soul comes to the Father through the Son who brings his Father's Spirit to fill the soul to fulfill (telos) and perfect it. The Spirit is the Telos of God for the soul, giving it eternal spiritual well being. The Spirit is the Well-Being of God, God's Eudaimonia or Good Spirit, by which the soul becomes eternally happy. God has already given so much, so much grace. The Father sacrificed his Son or Logos in order to create the universe, including us, our bodies and souls. The soulful body comes first, then the spiritual soul as Paul mentioned. The Father continues to give of his Son to those souls faithful to him who eternally feed of his Son in spiritual communion. You see, the Son gives of his Spirit given to him by his Father in order to give souls faithful to him eternal life. The Son sacrifices of himself in order for souls to commune with his Father through their Spirit. Faithful souls gain when the Son gives up his Spirit to them. "My God, my God, why have you forsaken me" leads to "Father, into your hands I give my Spirit." If such eternal grace doesn't inspire eternal gratitude and faith in the soul, what will?
