Wow! This is so right on!!! You’re awesome! I’m a 3 and have always thought of myself as fun and whimsical, so your description makes perfect sense to me. After 50 years, I recently found a craft I love doing. It makes me smile and I am starting to get better at it. My creations are silly and have stories. But at the same time, I am an old lady (young at heart) making child-like art. And I can’t help but worry about who would care about such silly and sometimes crude art forms. (But to me, that’s what makes them charming, and is part of the joke.). It’s easy to get in that creative space and make art for art for art sakes. The hard part is the last step you said: putting it out there.

I need joy and playfulness back into my life, but i have been compulsively learning. I forget my lighthearted nature and was even criticized for being funny when it was deemed inappropriate. I repressed my creativity but love wordplays, teaching or sharing what i know, singing and several forms of art. I will find my one true calling in the world of creativity and self expression(might be singing actually, music is huge for me). Thanks Nat!

When you get high with drugs,its really not a joy I feel..We are escaping the reality for a moment..Seeking pleasure is not joy..Binge eating,drugs are all escaping the actual reality..Joy is feeling peaceful and not obsessed with something..I feel peaceful and joyful when I am doing singing and gardening..And it is not an obsession for me..I do it out of love and passion..I can be perfectly alright even without doing that..I think I made sense😄
