Ill never understand why teams are so quick to sign coaches instead of waiting until the season is over. You cant sign a opposing teams coaches to head coach until the teams season is over anyway. To make it fair for all teams just like free agency it should be a rule that you cant fill coaching vacancies until after the Super Bowl. To me it just makes more sense. The offseason is almost 6 months, so that's more than enough time to sign coaches and install your defense and offense.
