I love anything Strauss. The most beautiful waltzes ever written.i have so many albums of Strauss waltzes and polkas and for that matter operettas too. I love anything by the Strauss family!

Whenever I get on the (NYC) subway and one of "musicians" of the subway insists in filling the car with their "music" I politely wait until they come to a break and then politely as for a Strauss waltz(!!!!) You can Imagine the hostile standoffs this has caused. But I'm sorry, if someone is going to force his "culture" on me, I insist that my culture be heard.
