0:52 this part's walls feel like they are complete mimics of the victims' faces trying to complete the level, almost like a graveyard of shame. the faces that seem extremely distorted are almost predictions of how the said victims' facial expression will be before their death; jaws ripped off, the head of the victim being so squished that facial parts have merged together. the stars make me imagine that the said victims tried to play this level at night.

One of the best things about BW in my opinion is that no matter your experience with GD as an entity, as a seasoned veteran or a novice, you will have the same feelings when watching Ballistic Wistfully, universally. And not only that, but it will always feel like such a simply-designed level has so many layers of depth to it that there just isn't enough time in the world to say everything there is to say about it. I've watched showcase after showcase of this level, and every time I see it, I come away with something new. To me, that's the truest mark of masterpiece.
