Melted cheese sauce
Ingredients for the traditional sauce (first):

One and a half spoonfuls of flour
A cup and a quarter of milk or 300 ml condensed milk
200 g red cedar cheese
Half a teaspoon of paprika
Sprinkle turmeric (optional for color)
Ingredients for the economic sauce (the second):
One and a half tablespoon of starch
A cup and a quarter of milk
200 g red cheddar cheese
You can dilute the sauce by increasing the amount of milk as desired
