Ahh, Thank you so very much for watching and commenting guy's! yes very dodgy at the top of the gorge, to be honest i had my extension on full so it looks like i am very close to the edge but i was about a meter and a half away. its a stunning place and so beautiful on a sunny day. unlike today we have a storm going on. Enjoyed that Darren! It's criminal to think when I used to live down that way I barely explored the Mendips. I certainly never walked around Burrington Combe. Your walk along the top was gorgeous! Great video, thanks for sharing 👍

What beautiful views Darren. I was telling you to get away from the edge as icy. I have been looking online and can see Rock of Ages? You have some lovely places down your way. I am about to try and film a short along with a normal video. What I have found is shorts is great for getting subs but the people that watch shorts don't tend to watch long videos. Now and again I will go and check if I have missed any shorts, I did see a fish pie you had made and it looked yum. I never get lots of views from them but trying it from a sharing my little business standpoint. Don't take loss of subs personally, I used to but can understand that they come to watch jewellery vids and there I am at the beach or they like my outdoors vids and see jewellery and unsubscribe, intentionally or they think they have subscribed to a wrong channel. What I have now started doing is an intro telling them what I am and what they will see 😄 At the end of the day, it is your channel and you put what you want to put, if we are not happy it shows in our vids hence why I found just doing jewellery vids boring and I lost my mojo. ♥

Nice bit of filming on this one Daz. Don't get too near the edge. Lol. Was that this morning? If so we were also at a hillfort. Brent Knoll. It was a fantastic day. Nice to see the sun out on a weekend. We've walked in that area before but didn't know about the fort. Some fantastic views of Black Down. We had a lot of mud on our walk this morning going up the Knoll this morning. It was a nightmare getting back down. It was worth it though as it was such a nice day. We tried to get there for sunrise but the sun came up just as I was about to come off the M5. I'm not a big fan of shorts videos myself. I see you have a selfie stick.Hope you are getting on with it OK. All the best mate. 😊😊

Thanks Martin, it was extremely amazing this morning, yes a new stick and I have to remember not to walk towards the sun as the shadow is in my face but because I'm an ugly person I guess it's not so bad, was there any cattle up on brent Knowle this morning? @Somersetmanwalking Hi Daz. No cattle up there today. Th last time went up this hill was in 1992. I filmed it on my camcorder so when we went back today I kept referencing the old video so I can cut bits of in when I come to edit just so everyone can see how we've changed since then. It was a beautiful day & I was determined to get out there as early as possible. I've also filmed with the camera shadow on my face by mistake. Hey ho none of us are perfect mate....except me & you perhaps. 🤣🤣
