Sermon Title: The Mental Health Pandemic
Scripture: Psalm 88
Central Idea: Since many suffer in silence with mental illness, we need to break the silence, remove the stigma, and help those suffering to find the help they need.
• Too many suffer with mental illness in silence
• Mental illness is not a sin, so we should not over-spiritualize it
• We should walk with each other and help each other with our mental health
