Salaam Maulana. Do we have information about when Khizar was born, information about who his parents were and in what place he was raised and by whom?

Salaam Maulana. I'm not sure if I missed this point , forgive me if your covered it. I am curious, you say that Musa (as) was being reminded of the blessings Allah(swt) had given him throughout his life thus far, and that other prophets have also been reminded. With regards to Musa(as) was there something he had done to show he had forgotten the blessings? Why did he need to be reminded? Was the reminder due to a deficiency in him or is there a different purpose in the reminder?
