I feel you. Pile 3: I am 60 years and went no contact with my narcisistic mother and enabler sibllings. It was the best decision I have ever made and advise you to not to make contact if possible. Either way, it is a long healing process to bring all the fragmented pieces of yourself together again. Survivors can not afford to relapse as the damage done over such a long time is permanent. We however can learn to find our own value, self love and how balanced relationships should look like .(I see it the same as an sober alhoholic - we must stay away from those who want to ensnare and also circumstances who wants to draw us back into the dependence in that which was programmed into us.) Wow, I'm in such a similar place as you. I'm 62, no contact w family of origin. Super painful. But I'm doing it. Narcissistic mother. Physical abuse from brother...no support from other siblings. All ran and hide. Swept under rug. Gross behavior. I feel so slone..hard to adjust though I know it's good 4 me. Stay the coarse is a good way 2 put it.

Pile 3. Thank you so much for posting this. Very accurate. Been feeling lots of deception lately, due to me being on the verge of an unbreakable powerful new era of creativity and confidence. Just going through the final fiery stages of transformation. So glad you drew that extra card, because that summed it up perfectly. We're not going to let the universe trick us into thinking we don't deserve something that we are clearly fated for. Justice will prevail. We are Justice. And, regarding your comment about your parents: I too had abusive parents, who would literally wake up screaming. They never provided that solid foundation a child needs to grow and launch off of. And because there was no love in the home, there was no love to receive in my heart; which led me to seek out any form of relationship away from my parents, just to sleep somewhere else for the night to not be yelled at over nothing; and that led to being the perfect victim, where I met and tolerated a lot of bad evil people and situations, all out of desperation for friendship and connection. Now... I'm in my power and strong. I'm happy and confident, free and alone. No longer will I ever tolerate suffering in the wrong company again. So I say to you, and anyone else with toxic relations: Cut your ties. You will be much better without them. I guarantee it. There are far better people out there that deserve your attention, than some blood sucking parent. They had their chance, they failed. I noticed this weird phenomenon with my parents; they were super controlling and hateful of my individuality and independence, yet as addicts, they couldn't control themselves; they even covered up the mirrors in the house with bookshelves or clutter, to hide their own reflections. And, the very rare times I had the opportunity to physically escape from them, they saw me trying to fly, when I had to create my wings myself, in the darkness without a light, and they, like that judgement card, clawed at me, and did everything they could to drag me down into the tar pits and the mud. But I got away. I burned my ties. I earned my freedom. And never looked back. Yet lately, I too have been feeling my parents energies, as I'm on the verge of great change again; and I thought for a moment, that maybe I'm finally picking up on their guilt and shame... not that I would allow them the opportunity to fake an apology; something they're not even capable of attempting to lie about; but all the emotions and nightmares confirm that I'm picking up on their continued need for control. I cut ties with my parents for good, and every other toxic family member, a decade ago; and I've kept strong with that. Even though I'm free, and detached, spiritually and emotionally, they still try to claw away. And maybe other toxic people try to do this too. I've been picking up on intense jealousy and hatred energies as of late, yet... there's no one around. That's a sign we're leveling up again. We are future focused, and embracing our self love. Even when the universe tries to deceive us with a sign that says to doubt our true freedom and empowerment, we got to face that sign head on and say: "Oh yeah, universe? Watch this..." and stand in your power and challenge it. Your next card draw confirmed this. So, please, anyone reading this, don't ever go back to cut ties or burnt bridges. They had their opportunity and they failed. They disrespected your existence, and that is not tolerated. Stand in your fiery rebellion, and fly on your wings of freedom. Justice is on your side. 🔥

I cut ties with my parents too... Actually cut out my parents ENTIRE family. Including my siblings bc there was just so much pressure to perform for parents. Getting bullied by literally everyone in the house forced me to be so small. I'm unlearning and relearning. It's difficult, but finding all the parts of me that were made small or carved out. Healing isn't linear nor does it makes sense sometimes.
