I love them but the big problem with most scouts is the amount of flinch they receive. Makes it tough to compete inside pulse rifle range, and lobbies are full of them these days.

Scouts remain mostly good on longer-range maps. The people using them most are PvE-only players who don't know what the meta is, making it easy to convince them scouts are meta. However, scouts aren't meta, though a few are good. It's sad that the prophet, taraxippos, and jade rabbit weren't mentioned for PvP. Then know this video was made for pve community not PvP players.
