• That's That - an excellent showing of his lyrical ability and one of his more cryptic songs. Still haven't deciphered it completely myself • Fancy Clown - one of the coolest ideas for a rap song I know of, and also the way he rhymes along with the sample is just brilliant • Can I Watch? - not exclusively a DOOM song, but a great example of his creativity and the best female performance on any of his projects (there's one on each) • November Has Come - yeah it's a Gorillaz song, but it's one of the few features we've actually gotten from DOOM and he definitely delivers • Rapp Snitch Knishes - a classic DOOM song and an obvious pick, the chemistry between him and Mr. Fantastik is through the roof. While DOOM is the better rapper, Mr. Fantastik might just give the better verse here

Watching this video, I'm thankful we got all of the DOOM we did. This man dropped at LEAST 2 classics. MINIMUM. ABSOLUTE MINIMUM. IMO, he has over 5 legitimately amazing solo albums The Villain rapped like every verse was his most important. Including his stuff with KMD and his features and you already have one of the best rappers. But add in the collab projects and you have THE best rapper. R.I.P. DOOM ALL CAPS forever

Dooms real point to the characters and live impostors is so we don’t see him as Daniel dumile, a guy rapping a bunch of great songs, but as a character who will live on through our hearts while continuing to amaze us. That’s why I don’t care for the doom impostors, he wanted it to be that way and we should respect it

Like the man said: "Let the music take control but don't let the evil doers abuse it and use it take your soul". DOOM was a character that represented and tried to bring awareness not just the stagnant and greed-driven ways of the rap genre, but the entire modern music industry as a whole. Villains that pretend to be your friends then send out stand in's after you travel half-way's across the country just to see them sing, just like a Doom-bot would do to you. DOOM had integrity and a respect for his art and his audience that most just don't see anymore, think of all the money he turned down just to make sure his voice was always HIS voice. In a endless sea of phonies he had a purity and passion that he wouldn't trade for anything and he really did leave when we needed him the most. R.I.P MF DOOM, You taught me that super villains are real and that hero's can be too.

Idc what anyone says about The Mouse and The Mask - I was big into Adult Swim at the time, and wasn't too familiar with DOOM. I ended up checking out that album thanks to Adult Swim, and that's what put me on. Have you ever heard the Yee Haw 12" with Molemen records? it's really overlooked in my opinion. It's two tracks produced by PNS of the molemen. He's the guy that produced Put Your Quarter Up ft. DOOM, Aesop Rock, and Slug from Atmosphere. It features the song Yee Haw which is the proto version of Kon Queso with Dooms old voice style (which i prefer in this case). It also has an even lesser known song "Is He Ill?" which later would end up on a Fat Beats compilation I think.

NehruvianDOOM was Bishop's album. In interviews, he stated DOOM was mentoring him. Even the cover art has DOOM holding the boom box while Bishop is the one holding the mic. Honestly an underappreciated album. But again, its a collab album with DOOM mostly producing. Its the opposite of the JJ and Danger Mouse collabs. Which is fine.

I saw bishop Nehru live supporting for the Wu tang Clan when I was about 16 and MF DOOM live at Leeds fest 2013. This Collab was one of my most eagerly anticipated albums ever! Love the fact MF DOOM will Collab with up and coming acts as well as established artists.
